Confidence in Quality From Beginning to End
Base ingredient Polymers are produced in the McTron plant with ISO Standards methods. Then before each batch process begins we evaluate the compositional products to assure that they are within our specifications. This is often accomplished by taking a sample of the product and injecting it into a Gas Chromatograph (GC) to verify quality. The quality of the compositional products that we use ensures us that we will be delivering the safest strongest polymers for soil stabilization and dust control projects.
Once the polymerization process is completed we then test the end product to assure that that all our specifications are met and that there has been a complete reaction yielding the anticipated results. We will test for consistent particle sizes, residuals, percentage of solids, pH levels, viscosity, weight per gallon, etc. We will then run a Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy Analysis (FTIR) on that batch.

Tests for each batch produced are documented and cataloged. These tests are always available to the customer for verification of composition and quality. Each batch will then receive a verified certificate of analysis and safety data sheet specific to that batch.
In this industry it is imperative that we have a detailed outline of your situation, the problems you are having and the results that you are expecting. |
From there we will work together on developing a program specifically tailored to meet your objectives. For example, if you have a dust issue on a haul road where the temperatures drop below freezing at night, we can manufacture a polymer specifically for that application that will keep the product from failing. We will do whatever it takes on our side to help you solve your problems.

With regards to soil stabilization, we find it advantageous to both you the customer and us the manufacture to do a complete laboratory analysis of the soil that needs stabilizing. This involves receiving a sample of the soil, either at our facility or a facility in your location, and running detailed analysis on that soil. After the soil is analyzed and graded we will create several samples for testing using a standard Marshall test. This test will tell us the exact amount of polymer required for any given soil to meet any desired objective.

Quality Raw MaterialsAs a manufacture we accept only the best materials for the production of our products. We believe that our customers expect the same high quality and high standards that we do. But we don’t stop there. When we take on a new customer our philosophy is that we are taking on a new partner. Our mission is to use our expertise in polymer chemistry and polymer manufacturing to help our customers solve problems.

For years we have supplied high quality environmentally safe polymers to some of the largest companies in the world. We have met their strict environmental conditions as well as their toughest quality requirements. This is a sample of some of our longtime customer/partners that we continue to work with today.
These companies will only accept the highest quality products delivered on time and meeting the highest environmental standards each and every time. Projects with these companies and others include but ar not limited to, road stabilization, dust control on haul roads, railcar capping, retention pond sealing, tailings dam control and much more.
We look forward to adding you to our list of quality partners.
