Soil Control ProductsMaxxSeal is an environmentally safe, high molecular weight acrylic co-polymer. Maxxseal products are manufactured by our company using extremely controlled and highly scrutinized batch processing. Each batch is evaluated before, during and after completion to assure that we are producing the highest grade polymers possible for dust control and soil stabilization. We follow ISO standards to the point that every tote that leaves our facility can be traced back to each process. All test and analysis documents, associated with each batch, can be retrieved.

Unconfined Compressive Strength Using Marshall Test on Humboldt EquipmentBefore each batch process begins we evaluate the compositional products to assure that they are within our specifications. This is often accomplished by taking a sample of the product and injecting it into a Gas Chromatograph (GC) to verify quality. The quality of the compositional products that we use ensures us that we will be delivering the safest strongest polymers for soil stabilization and dust control projects.
During the production process we use various in-line analyses, such as measuring the exothermal temperature change, to verify that the reaction is moving along as expected. This helps to assure that the end product is a high quality high molecular weight polymer.

See the MaxxSeal Difference. Once the polymerization process is completed we then test the end product to assure that that all our specifications are met and that there has been a complete reaction yielding the anticipated results. We will test for consistent particle sizes, residuals, percentage of solids, pH levels, viscosity, weight per gallon, etc. We will then run a Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy Analysis (FTIR) on that batch. Tests for each batch produced are documented and cataloged. These tests are always available to the customer for verification of composition and quality. Each batch will then receive a verified certificate of analysis and safety data sheet specific to that batch.
CUT GRAVEL ROAD MAINTENANCE COSTS WITHOUT SACRIFICING PERFORMANCE.
Introducing the new Road Groomer Machines to groom, treat, and maintain your Farm / Ranch / Haul Roads. County maintenance crews all across the US have proven the value of Road Groom. This patented machine, pulled by a 4wd pickup, dump truck, or ag tractor, is grading gravel roads with less fuel, less labor, less maintenance costs, and more productivity than motor graders.
With typical operating speeds of 16 to 20 miles per hour, one operator can cover up to 4 times as many lane miles in a day with Road Groom than he can with a motor grader. At the same time Road Groom is saving funds for maintenance budgets, it is also reclaiming gravel from road edges, cutting wash board areas and building the center crown.
Use with the added spray bar to apply your MaxxSeal for optimal road maintenance.
